NC Arts Council Grant Cycle Now Open!

The Hometown Strong team is excited to share new opportunities for rural communities through the annual NC Arts Council grant cycle, which is open now and closes May 3rd. A flexible and innovative Arts Equity Project Grant has been established to support specific projects that offer arts activities that benefit traditionally under-served communities, including rural communities. Priority will be given to applicants that are new to the Arts Council and help us to expand our reach into communities across the state. Grant amounts will range from $3,000 to $15,000. Traditional NC Arts Council grants are also available with new flexibility to assist communities support of the arts during pandemic recovery.

To see other state Cabinet Agency grant opportunities, visit the Hometown Strong website and view the searchable Rural Resources Inventory.
