Low Income Energy Assistance (LIEAP)

Low Income Energy Assistance (LIEAP):
This program assists low-income clients with their energy (heating) bills by providing payments to local vendors. The payments are issued once per year.  Elderly clients may start to apply in the month of December and all other citizens may apply in the month of January through March.
