Hertford County is seeking to fill the following position within governmental operations:

 

Housekeeper – Under regular supervision, performs responsible unskilled work in the care and cleaning of County buildings, property and performs other task as assigned.  This position requires general knowledge of building cleaning practices, building supplies, and the ability to use cleaning equipment.  Minimum Training and Experience:  Graduation from high school and a minimum of one (1) year experience in building cleaning.  Special Requirements:  Possession of a valid NC Driver’s License. 

 

Starting Salary:  $17,139
